Auto-Save Call Notes and Emails Like Google Docs

When logging call notes, I may receive another phone call or email or simply have to get up to do something. There are times when I have to navigate away from my notes or email to someone quickly and thus - I LOSE MY PAGE and NOTES!I LOVE Google Docs and the Auto-Save features as you start to type. This would be a fantastic feature to add to SFDC!
