Download AppExchange Service and Support Dashboards into salesforce.com

Log into salesforce.com and use the AppExchange drop down list to select "Add Apps"

This will open up the AppExchange Directory Page. In the upper right hand corner, within the search area, type "Dashboard". The first result will be the Service and Support Dashboards.

Click on the Service and Support Dashboards Title to open the App in further detail

Click on "Get It Now" to download these dashboards into your salesforce.com database.

Log into salesforce.com through AppExchange, read and agree to the Terms and Conditions and click "Continue"

When you click Continue, salesforce.com will list all the components of this application in one screen. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Next"

When the package is ready, click "Install"

This takes a moment. When the app is fully installed, you will be notified with a new page indicating the installation success.

Click OK.

Next, navigate to the Dashboard Tab within salesforce.com. Use the Dashboard Selection Picklist to view the newly installed dashboards.

The dashboards are now live and showing actual data from your salesforce.com Database. As you continue to add more users and data, the dashboards, once refreshed, will show updated charts and graphs based on the pre-defined reports from AppExchange.
